The mean streets of Doskvol aren't a place for children. If you're going to play this crew, just make sure your players are on-board for what tone you're going for.
Check with your group if there are any issues that may arise from the inclusion of children in the course of play.

Young Offenders, Pickpockets & Cutpurses...
There's always kids on the streets. All hard and cold like cobblestones under the rich folk's feet.  Some kids want more than half-rotted mushrooms and stolen eels. These kids band together, biting thumbs at bluecoats and hitting back at the gangs who'd make 'em patsies.
Most kids don't last long around Doskvol, but you lot are different, aren't ya?
